Wedding Coordination - Starting at $1,200
Formerly known as month-of or day-of coordination, this service is designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding but want a trusted professional to step in during the final stretch to organize logistics, communicate with vendors, and fully oversee the wedding day itself.
Beginning 4–6 weeks before the wedding, we take over timeline management, final confirmations, layout review, vendor coordination, and wedding-day execution so you can fully enjoy the experience without managing the moving pieces yourself.
Includes:
• Final planning support beginning 4–6 weeks before the wedding
• Detailed wedding day timeline creation & distribution
• Vendor confirmations and final communication
• Floor plan and layout review
• Ceremony and reception flow management
• Management of vendor arrivals and logistics

Signature Planning offers collaborative support throughout the planning process while still allowing couples to remain hands-on in certain areas. We help refine your vision, provide trusted recommendations, assist with logistics, and ensure every detail feels organized, intentional, and well-managed leading into the wedding day.
Includes everything in Wedding Management, plus:
• Planning support beginning around 6 months before the wedding
• Vendor recommendations and guidance
• Assistance with vendor selection and booking
• Budget guidance and planning support
• Contract review for key vendors
• Structured planning meetings
• Design guidance for ceremony and reception spaces

Full Service Planning - Starting at $4,200
A comprehensive planning experience for couples who want professional support from the earliest stages of planning through the final send-off.
From venue selection and vendor management to logistics, design development, and wedding-day execution, Eagle & Co thoughtfully oversees every aspect of the planning process so you can feel fully supported throughout the experience.
Includes everything in Signature Planning, plus:
• Venue research and tour assistance
• Full vendor sourcing and booking support
• Budget creation and payment schedule tracking
• Design concept development and décor planning
• Attendance at key vendor meetings and walkthroughs
• Ongoing planning meetings and communication
