    From there, we’ll recommend the service that feels most aligned with your wedding, your needs, and the experience you want to have throughout the process.

  • Full planning is the most comprehensive level of support and is ideal for couples who want guidance throughout the planning process, including vendor recommendations, design direction, logistics, timeline creation, and wedding day execution.

    Partial planning is best for couples who have already started planning but want professional support refining details, organizing next steps, and bringing everything together with more clarity and confidence.

    Wedding management is designed for couples who have planned most of the wedding themselves but want experienced support in the final stages to manage logistics, vendors, timelines, and wedding day execution.

  • Yes — and this is a meaningful part of our approach. While our foundation is planning and management, we also bring a strong design eye to the process so your wedding feels cohesive, intentional, and visually aligned.

    This can include guidance with layout flow, tablescape direction, ceremony and reception details, decor placement, color palette, styling choices, and making sure the overall look feels connected rather than pieced together.

  • We may provide select styling pieces depending on availability, scope, and the needs of the wedding. However, Eagle & Co Weddings is not a full-service rental company.

    If additional rentals or specialty decor are needed, we can help guide those selections and coordinate with trusted rental and design vendors to ensure everything feels cohesive with the overall wedding vision.

    Depending on your service, we’ll help confirm details, align timelines, organize logistics, and make sure your vendor team has the information they need so everyone is working from the same plan.

    We build timelines that are structured and detailed, but still realistic and human. The goal is not to rush you through the day — it’s to create a flow that protects the moments that matter while keeping vendors, family, and the overall experience on track.

  • Yes. While Eagle & Co typically serves Nashville, Franklin, Clarksville, and all of Middle Tennessee, we will travel for a select amount of destination weddings throughout the year!

    Travel needs are discussed during the proposal process, and any applicable travel fees are communicated clearly in advance.
